72-2149. Validation of certain school-land patents.Where patents for school lands have been issued, in pursuance of any lawof the state of Kansas, to a person who has died before the date of suchpatents, the title to the land designated therein shall inure to and becomevested in the heirs, devisees or assignees of such deceased patentee as ifthe patent had been issued to the deceased person during life.
