Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 36.--PARENT EDUCATION

      72-3607.   Parent education program fund; establishment, sources, use.There is hereby established in every school district which hasdeveloped and is operating a parent education program for which grants are awardedunder this act a fund which shall be called the parent educationprogram fund, which fund shall consist of all moneysdeposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. Notwithstandingany other provision of law, all moneys received by the school district fromwhatever source for a parent education program operated under this act shall becredited to the fund established by this section. Amounts deposited in theparent education program fund shallbe used exclusively for thepayment of expenses directly attributable to the program.
