Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 37.--TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION AND VIRTUAL SCHOOLS

      72-3710.   Same; joint and cooperative provision authorized; sharing ofinformation required, when.The boards of education of any two or more school districts arehereby authorized to enter into a school district interlocal agreement inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 72-8230, and amendments thereto, forthe purpose of jointly and cooperatively providing technology educationprograms in such school districts. Any school district having a technologyeducation program in operation or having a plan to develop, implement orenhance such program shall, upon request, share information on the research,development and operation of such programs with other school districts.
