      72-3714.   Same; teacher training programs.(a) In order to provide for the proper delivery ofinstructionthrough distance-learning technologies, school districts shall provide adequatetraining to teachers whoteach in virtual schools. Each year, school districts shall submit a reportrelating to training programs provided by the districtto teachers who teach in virtual schools. Such reports shall be submitted inthe manner and formrequired by the state board.
