      72-4159.   Textbook purchase by nonpublic school pupils; definitions.As used in this act:

      (a)   "Accredited nonpublic schools in the district" meansany accredited nonpublic school or schools that are located withina school district.

      (b)   "Textbooks" meansregular adopted textbooks purchased by a school district for the use of pupilsenrolled in the district.

      (c)   "Accredited" means accredited by the state board of education.
