      72-4309.   Same; definitions.For the purpose of this act the term "disabled persons" shall mean anyperson of employable age who by reason of any disability, physical ormental, whether congenital or acquired by accident, injury or disease, isor may be expected to be totally or partially incapacited from engaging ina remunerative occupation; the term "vocational rehabilitation" shall meanthe rendering of such disabled person fit to engage in a remunerativeoccupation or become capable of independent living by providing suchservices as are necessary to rehabilitate such person.
