      72-4315.   Custody and disbursement of vocational rehabilitationfederal funds and other moneys.The state treasurer is hereby designated custodian of all moneyreceived by the state from appropriations made by the congress of theUnited States for the vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled inindustry or otherwise, and of all money received by the state board ofsocial welfare from public or private sources for the purposes of thisact, and is authorized to receive and provide for the proper custody ofthe same and to make disbursements therefrom upon warrants drawn by thedirector of accounts and reports.
