Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 43.--VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION AND KANSAS TECHNICAL INSTITUTE

      72-4316.   Approval of vouchers.The director of accounts and reports shall draw his warrants on thestate treasurer for the purpose mentioned in this act, upon vouchersapproved by the secretary of social and rehabilitation services or a personor persons designated by him.
