      72-4411.   Purpose of act.It is the purpose and intention of this actto provide a means whereby the state incooperation with school districts andpostsecondary educational institutions canprovide for career and technical education and forparticipation by this state incareer and technical education programs authorized byfederal career and technical education acts.
