72-4415. Allocation and distribution of state andfederal funds.The state board shall be responsible for the allocationand distribution of state and federalfunds for career and technicaleducation in accordance with the state plan. Moneys allocated and distributedunder the provisions of this section shall beexpended only in accordance with and for the purposes specified infederal or state law or the state plan. Payments under this act may bemade in installments and in advance or by way of reimbursement, withnecessary adjustments on account of overpayments or underpayments.Federal funds for career and technical education shallbe deposited in the statetreasury.
