      72-4425.   Reports, audits and inspections.Every board shall make such periodic and special reports of statisticaland financial information to the state board as it may request. Suchreports shall be made upon forms provided by the state board. The stateboard and its officers and agents may inspect and audit any of thefinancial or other records of any board or board of control and may enterand inspect any physical facility used for any careertechnical education courseor program.
