      72-4427.   Workforce investment act,participation.The secretary of commerceand the state board of regents are hereby authorized toparticipate inthe federal workforce investment act(public law 105-220),and amendments thereto, by providing from funds made available under thefederal act and appropriated by thelegislature for vocational training in accordance with and to the extentrequired by the federal act.
