      72-4454.   Policy requiring agreements; adoption bystate board of regents.The state board of regents shall adoptapolicy requiring articulation agreements among area vocational schools, areavocational-technical schools, community colleges, technical colleges andstate educationalinstitutions providing for the transferability of substantially equivalentcourses of study and programs which are offered at area vocational schools,area vocational-technical schools, community colleges, technicalcolleges and state educationalinstitutions in order to facilitate articulation of students in technicalprograms to and among area vocational schools, area vocational-technicalschools, community colleges, technical colleges and state educationalinstitutions.
