Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 44.--CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION

      72-4465.   Responsibilities of scholarship applicants.Each applicant for a vocational education scholarship, inaccordance with rules and regulations of the board of regents, shall:

      (a)   Complete and file an application for the award or renewal of avocational education scholarship.

      (b)   Be responsible for the payment of any fee required by the board ofregents for administration of the examination on the basis of whichqualification for the award of a vocational education scholarship is determined.

      (c)   Report promptly to the board of regents any information requestedrelating to the administration of this act.
