72-4521. Establishment and operation agreements withstate board; approval of applicationsand programs.The state board may enter into agreements with any board for theestablishment and operation of adult basic education programs and any boarddesiring to secure state and federal funds for the cost of conducting thesame shall certify and file an application with the stateboard for theapproval of such adult basic education program. Theapplication shall beon a form prescribed and furnished by the stateboard, shall contain suchinformation as the state board shall require, and shall be filed on orbefore July 1 of each year. Approval of the application and the programshall be prerequisite to payment of state and federal funds to any board.
