72-5016. Same; agreements for obtaining; registration; marking foridentification and advertising.(a) Any board may enter into an agreement with any motor vehiclemanufacturer or dealer for the purpose of obtaining driver training motorvehicles from such manufacturer or dealer for use in driver trainingcourses.
(b) Every registration plate issued by a county treasurer for a drivertraining motor vehicle shall be accompanied by a decal with the words"driver education" appearing thereon, which decal shall be affixed to saidplate.
(c) Any driver training motor vehicle may have the name of themanufacturer or dealer of any such motor vehicle prominently displayedthereon in letters not more than four (4) inches in height for advertisingpurposes.
