72-5017. Same; rules and regulations by state board; list of schoolsconducting driver training courses; eligibility.(a) The state board may adopt rules and regulations for theadministration of this act.
(b) The state board shallprepare, on or before July 1 of each year,alist of schoolsconducting an approvedcourse in driver training. Such list shall be prepared from the reportsrequired under K.S.A. 8-272, and amendments thereto, and shall be sentto the divisionand other governmental agencies having need thereof.
(c) Any board desiring to conduct driver training courses must firsthave such courses approved by the stateboard and shallthen be eligible to enter into agreements for driver training motorvehicles.
