Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 50.--DRIVER TRAINING

      72-5018.   Same; limitation on number to be obtained.No school shall have more than one driver training motor vehicle foreach certified instructor teaching in a driver training program unlessthere is an approved program using a multi-vehicle range. Each suchinstructor must have an assignment in driver training. In the event thereis an approved program in multi-vehicle range instruction, the stateboard shall certify the number of carsneeded.
