      72-5020.   Same; sanctioning unlawful use; penalties for violations.The contract of any employee of any educational institution whichparticipates in thestate safety fund, who officially sanctions the use of driver trainingmotor vehicles in violation of this act shallbe suspendedfor the remainder of the term for which the contract wasmade and twoor more violations under this section by any employee of an educationalinstitution in any one year shall result in the loss of subsequentparticipation in such fund by such educational institution.
