72-5118. Determination of amounts; reports; payments.Each board shall report information necessary for determination ofentitlements under K.S.A. 72-5117 to the state boardmonthly upon forms provided by it. Seventy-five percent (75%) of theapparent entitlement of each board for each month shall be paid uponproper application therefor by each board. All balances of entitlementsunder K.S.A. 72-5117 for the school year shall be paidto boards before June 30 and as soon as the state board deemspracticable. The state board shall approve vouchers for payments underthis section, and the director of accounts and reports shall issue hiswarrants thereon payable to the appropriate boards.
