Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 52.--HEALTH PROGRAMS

      72-5201.   Annual free dental inspection; exceptions.The boards of education of cities of the first and second class andschool boards of school districts are hereby required to provide forfree dental inspection annually for all children, except those who holda certificate from a legally qualified dentist showing that thisexamination has been made within three months last past, attending suchschools.
