Severability.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act [*] shall beheld invalid or unconstitutional it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have enacted the remainder of this act [*] without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
