72-5326a. Area vocational-technical schools; dues payments to certainassociations and organizations authorized.The board of control of any area vocational-technical school, as providedfor in K.S.A. 72-4412, upon majority vote of the members thereof, is herebyauthorized to pay dues from its operating fund to any association or organizationthe purpose and function of which is to provide for: (a) Accreditation necessaryto enable the area vocational-technical school to fulfill its educational mission; or
(b) the exchange of information and cooperation among area vocationalschools or area vocational-technical schools for the strengthening of programsfor the benefit of its member area vocational schools and area vocational-technicalschools; or
(c) information, education and assistance to boards of control on curriculumor in solving problems peculiar to area vocational school or area vocational-technicalschool operation.
