72-5333. Contracts to provide education for military dependents.The board of education of any school district may enter into writtencontracts with the proper authorities of any military reservation orestablishment all or part of which is in such school district for themaintenance, supervision and operation of public school facilities byproviding for elementary or secondary schooling of dependents of militaryand civilian personnel on such reservation or establishment.
In carrying out the provisions of this act, such boards of education mayaccept and expend federal and other moneys, employ school and otherpersonnel and do all things necessary to carry out the intent and purposesof this act and the contracts entered into pursuant thereto.
