Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 53.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      72-5398.   Employee assistance programs; contracts and payment of feesfor provision authorized.The board of education of any unified school district may enter into contractsfor the benefit of its employees and their dependents to provide for employeeassistance programs which are designed to assist in the identification andresolution of personal problems which may affect the work performance ofsuch employees. If a board of education enters into a contract for theprovision of an employee assistance program, the board may pay the feestherefor from the general fund of the unified school district.
