      72-53,105.   Alcohol and drug abuse programs; provision authorized.The board of education of every school district may providefor programs which are designed to assist pupils at all grade levels in theidentification, examination, prevention and resolutionof alcohol and drug abuse problems whichmay affect the ability of such pupils to satisfactorily benefit from attendanceat school. Any board of education may enterinto contracts for theprovision of such programs for its pupilsand may pay the fees thereforfrom the general fund of the school district.
