Severability provision for act contained in 1995 House Bill No.2173.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this actshall be held invalid or unconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumedthat the legislature would have enacted the remainder of the act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
