Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 54.--TEACHERS' CONTRACTS

      72-5429.   Costs for mediation and fact-finding.All of the costs incurred for mediation under K.S.A. 72-5427and for fact-finding under K.S.A. 72-5428, shall be borneequally by the board of education and the professional employees'organization involved therein. The payment of such costs shall be atsuch time and in such manner as is determined by the secretary.
