      72-5431.   Savings clause for existing agreements; administrativeemployees exempted.(a) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, nothing in thisact shall operate so as to annul or modify any existing agreementbetween a board of education and a professional employees' organizationunder the law in effect on the day immediately preceding the effectivedate of this act.

      (b)   From and after the effective date of this act, no administrativeemployee, as defined in K.S.A. 72-5413, shall be subject tothe provisions of this act or the act of which this act is amendatory.
