Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 55.--STATE SCHOOL RETIREMENT SYSTEM

      72-5514.   Correction of errors.In case an error has been made and an annuitant has been paid more orless than he is entitled to receive, and other satisfactory arrangementscannot be made, the board, insofar as that may be possible, shall adjustfuture annuity payments so as to correct the error, in accordance withactuarial computations: Provided, That no adjustment shall be madefor an error in the service record not corrected as provided in K.S.A.72-5511.
