Article 55.--STATE SCHOOL RETIREMENT SYSTEM

      72-5527.   Perjury; penalties.Any person who shall, with intent to defraud, make any false statementor falsify any record required by virtue of the provisions of this act orany rule or regulation of the board, shall be deemed guilty of perjury andupon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding fivehundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a term of not less than one yearnor more than five years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
