Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 60a.--INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON QUALIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL

      72-60a02.   Designated state official; duties.The designated state official for this state shall be thecommissioner of education. The commissioner of education shall enter intoany contracts pursuant to article III of the agreement only with theapproval of the specific text thereof by the state board of education.
