      72-60a03.   Contracts made pursuant to agreement; where copies filed;publication of certain information required.True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this statepursuant to the agreement shall be kept on file in the office of thecommissioner of education and in the office of the secretary of state. Thestate department of education shall regularly publish, in a form and mannerdetermined by the state board of education, reference to the existence ofall such contracts, a summary of the provisions thereof, a listing of thestates which are parties thereto, and information regarding accessibility tocopies thereof.
