      72-6422.   Area vocational school fund.(a) There is hereby established in every district operating anareavocational school a fund which shall be called the area vocational school fund,which fund shall consist of all federal and state moneys received by thedistrict under the provisions of article 44 of chapter 72 of Kansas StatutesAnnotated, except moneys received for courses and programs not conducted in thearea vocational school. All moneys received by the district from tuition, feesor chargesor from any other source for vocational education courses or programs conductedin the area vocational school operated by the district shall be credited to thearea vocational school fund. The expenses of a district directly attributableto operation of an area vocational school shall be paid from the areavocational school fund.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
