Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6424.   Food service fund.(a) There is hereby established in every district a fund whichshallbecalled the food service fund, which fund shall consist of all moneysdeposited therein or transferred thereto according to law. All moneysreceived by the district for food service and from charges for food serviceshall be credited to the food service fund. The expenses of a districtattributable to food service shall be paid from the food service fund.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
