      72-6432.   Exceeding general fund budget; penalty.(a) In case a district expends in any school year an amountforoperatingexpenses which exceeds its generalfund budget, the stateboard shall determine the excess and deduct the same from amounts of generalstate aidpayable to the district during the next school year.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
