Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6437.   Rules and regulations.(a) The state board may adopt rules and regulations for theadministrationof this act, including the classification of expenditures of districts toinsure uniform reporting of operating expenses.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force fromand after July 1, 1992.
