Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 64.--SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE

      72-6456.   Districts having pupils enrolled in KAMS;pupil weightings; local option budget computation.(a) For the purpose of determining the general fund budgetof a school district, weightings shall not be assigned to a pupil enrolled inand attending KAMS.

      (b)   Moneys in the general fund which are attributable to a pupil enrolled inand attending KAMS shall not be included in the computation of the local optionbudget of the school district.

      (c)   The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to theschool district finance and quality performance act.
