      72-64b04.   Same; venue.(a) In any action alleging a violation of Article 6 of theKansasconstitution,venue shall bebrought in the county as designated by the three judge panel appointed pursuanttoK.S.A. 2009 Supp.72-64b03, andamendments thereto. In making such designation, the judicial panel shallconsider the location ofthe parties and the witnesses.
