Bid proposals, other; open for publicinspection.Every bid proposal conforming to the terms of the advertisement, together withthe name of the proposer, shall be recorded, and all such records with the nameof the successful proposerindicated thereon shall, after award or letting of the contract, be subject topublic inspection upon request.The board shall, within five days after award or letting of the contract,publish the name of the successfulproposer. The public notice on public display shall show the phase II and IIIscores and the adjustedfinal score. The board shall, within five days after award or letting of thecontract, have the names of allproposers whose bid proposals were not selected, together with phase II andIII scores and the finaladjusted score for each, available for public review.
