Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 67.--SCHOOL UNIFICATION ACTS

      72-6780.   Certain districts; retirement systems.Whenever there is included in any unified district a disorganizeddistrict in which was maintained as of January 1, 1965, a school employees'retirement system separate from or supplemental to the state schoolretirement system at the time of inclusion in said unified district thensaid unified district shall assume all authority granted and allresponsibilities imposed by all statutes relating to such retirement systemapplicable at the effective date of unification and all subsequentamendments thereto.
