Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 68.--STATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS AT INSTITUTIONS OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION

      72-6803.   "State scholarship fund" abolished; moneys transferred tostate general fund.The fund known as "the state scholarship fund" is hereby abolished, andon the effective date of this act, the state treasurer shall transfer allmoneys in said fund to the state general fund.
