72-7303. School district disorganization; contracts for maintenanceand operation authorized, conditions; certain contracts void.The board of education of a school districtdisorganized under the provisions of this act may enter into contracts necessaryfor maintenance and operation of the school district until the disorganizationis effective for school instruction and attendance purposes. Any such contractentered into by the board of educationshall contain a provision that the contract must be fully executed priorto the July 1 upon which the disorganization is effective and that on andafter such date the contract is void. Any such contract entered into bythe board of education after the disorganization is effective for schoolinstruction and attendance purposes is void. Any other contract entered into by the board of education afterthe date on whichthe state board of education issues its order disorganizing theschool district is void.
