Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 74.--HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENT LOAN GUARANTEES

      72-7404.   Powers of state board of regents.The state board of regents shall have the power to sue and be sued,adopt necessary rules and regulations and establish and maintain suchrecords as are required by good accounting practices, but said board ofregents shall not in any manner, directly or indirectly, pledge the creditof the state of Kansas.
