Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7509.   Quorum; number of votes for official action; record vote.A quorum of the state board shall be six (6) members and no meetingshall commence until a quorum is present, but any number of members lessthan a quorum may recess a meeting to a later time. Official actions of thestate board shall be adopted by a favorable vote of six (6) or moremembers. A record vote shall be taken and made a part of their publicrecord.
