Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7510.   Official certifications.The state board shall provide a seal which shall be used in makingofficial certifications by the commissioner or secretary.

      Any certification which may be made by the commissioner or secretary maybe made with the same force and verity by any assistant commissionerdesignated by the commissioner for such purpose.
