      72-7514b.   Rules and regulations.Every rule and regulation which is adopted by the state board ofeducationwhether pursuant to statutory authority of the board orpursuant to authority granted to the board under section 2 of article 6of the constitution of the state of Kansas, shall be adopted andfiled by the boardin the manner provided by the rules and regulations filingact.
