Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7524.   Same; conditions; reasons.The instrument of conveyance quit claiming, releasing and remising thereal estate described in K.S.A. 72-7523 shall beexecuted in the name of the state board of education by its chairman.Said state board shall execute the quit claim deed for the reason thatsuch real estate is no longer needed or used for educational purposeswhich existed on the 25th day of March, 1969, on which date the UnitedStates of America, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenancesto the state board of education of the state of Kansas.
