Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7528.   Same; establishment of fee fund; sources expenditures.The state board of education shall remit all moneys received by or forit under any contract entered into under the provisions of this act or fromany grants from the federal government or any unit or agency thereof to thestate treasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance, thestate treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasury to the credit of thecomputerized informationsearch services fee fund, which fund is hereby established. Allexpenditures from the computerized information search services fee fundshall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of thedirector of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved bythe state board of education or by a person or persons designated by it.
