Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 75.--STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

      72-7532.   School bus safety fund. There is hereby created the school bussafety fund in thestate treasury which shall be administered by the state board of education. Allexpenditures from the school bus safety fund shall be for the purpose ofregulating the design and operation of school buses. All expenditures from theschool bus safety fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts uponwarrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchersapproved by the state board of education or by the board's designee.
